About Drone Imagery Services

I'm Graham Lewis-Dale, director of Drone Imagery Services Ltd and the pilot on every job. The company has operated from Cockermouth in Cumbria since June 2021 and works across the UK.

I hold a CAA General VFR Certificate (GVC) and fly under a CAA operational authorisation, with £5 million public liability insurance. The aircraft is a DJI Matrice 4E, chosen for the resolution and positional accuracy that condition records and measured surveys need.

Most of my work is pre-construction condition and dilapidation records for main contractors, where a dated photographic baseline of a site and its neighbours is needed before works start. The rest is roof and building inspections without scaffolding, construction progress monitoring, topographic and thermal surveys, and aerial photography and video.
