    These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any services provided by Drone Imagery Services Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

    2. Services

    Drone Imagery Services Ltd provides aerial photography, surveying, inspection, and videography services throughout the UK. All operations are conducted under valid CAA authorisation and insurance.

    3. Bookings & Payments

    All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to work commencing. Prices and quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

    4. Cancellations

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled flight may incur charges. Flights cancelled due to weather or airspace restrictions will be rescheduled where possible at no additional cost.

    5. Deliverables

    Final imagery, video, or data files remain the property of Drone Imagery Services Ltd until full payment is received. Upon payment, a licence for agreed usage is granted to the client.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for indirect losses, data corruption, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, or restricted airspace).

    7. Intellectual Property

    All media produced remains copyright of Drone Imagery Services Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not edit, resell, or redistribute content without permission.

    8. Health & Safety

    We adhere to CAA regulations, maintain risk assessments for each operation, and ensure safe working distances from people, vehicles, and property.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
