    An aerial photograph shows a building, its setting and its scale in a single frame, which is exactly what a ground-level shot cannot do. Our aerial photography services cover commercial property, homes, developments, venues and land, and we deliver edited, ready-to-use images for brochures, listings, websites and marketing.

    Commercial property aerial photography is where the drone earns its fee. A retail park, an industrial unit or an office building rarely looks its best from the car park; from the air you can show the access, the parking, the neighbours and the roads in one picture. We've been the regular drone photographer for a property investment firm across the North East and beyond for over two years, so we know how to make a building or plot look its best.

    Site check and permissions

    We check the airspace, the owner's or occupier's permission and anything nearby that affects the flight, and plan the shoot around the light.

    Flight

    We fly the property and capture high-resolution stills from the heights and angles agreed, plus a few we think you will like.

    Editing

    We select the best frames and edit them into a consistent, colour-corrected set.

    Delivery

    You receive the finished images digitally, ready for print and screen.

    Aerial Drone Photography FAQs

    Commercial and residential property, developments and construction sites, hotels and venues, estates and land. If it looks better from above, or is too big to get in one frame from the ground, aerial photography usually wins.

    Yes. You receive a set of edited, colour-corrected, high-resolution JPGs, with RAW files available on request.

    Yes. We plan the shoot around the site: people, traffic, neighbouring buildings and any airspace restrictions. Where we need permission from the owner or occupier, we sort that out before the day rather than on it.

    We do not fly in conditions that would put the aircraft or the pictures at risk. If the forecast is poor we rearrange, because a grey sky photographed in high resolution is still a grey sky.

    Yes. Moving footage is our promotional video service, and it can be flown in the same visit as the stills.
